General Returns

We accept returns on eligible non-perishable items within [7] days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items showing signs of use

Handmade Variations

Due to the handmade nature of certain products, slight variations in color, texture, stitching, or finish are expected and are not considered defects.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photographs and order details.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Shipping Costs
